Sabina Belc has been active in the youth sector since 2008. Her main passions are game-based and game design-based learning (escape rooms and board games), civic education (emphasis on media literacy), and, in recent years, digital youth work.

The course outlines a mentorship process and practical strategies to improve its effectiveness. It aims to equip mentors with the skills needed to support emerging leaders in overcoming the obstacles of digital leadership and remote team dynamics, focusing on practical advice and real-world examples.
